Access a local computer with "\\ComputerName\C$[

My computer is CESAR-PC, my wife's is ANGIE-PC, both in the same internet. I can access her folders through the HomeGroup, but it'd like to just do "\ANGIE-PC\C$" for each of her partitions.

Whenever I do it, I am asked for credentials.

What do I have to set up to achieve this?

You are asked to enter your credentials when accessing a remote folder in windows, if "Password Protected Sharing" is enabled in the remote machine. So, you have to disable "Password Protected Sharing" in your wife's PC. To achieve this, right click on the network icon on the bottom right of your desktop, and select "Open Network and Internet Settings", then go to "Sharing Options", then click on the network profile of your choice and find the "Password Protected Sharing" option. Then set it to "Turn off password protected sharing".
