Access and delete files from branch on windows GitHUB desktop
I have cloned a repo to my local machine and use GitHUB desktop to acess the files, say for example this is called myrep1. Within myrep1 is a branch called myrepoBranch and I want to delete files in this branch.
I can select the branch but locally can't see the files held there and therefore can't delete anything.
How do I delete folders/files of a branch within windows GitHUB desktop?

how force to override from feature branch to master branch instead of merge in GitLab?
In Subversion, I have develop branch (100 version) and I branch out 50th version and moved to prod.
During Gitlab migration, I migrated prod branch to master and develop to develop.
In GitLab, I would like to override develop to master. so, I can bring into the track.
How to achieve this scenario?

How can I deploy code changes in AWS that circumvent CircleCI 1.0?
CircleCI is forcing everyone to migrate to 2.0. I'm stuck with CircleCI because of decisions made by earlier teammates. CircleCI's customer support is bad and I want to escape using them ASAP.
Even after the EOL of 1.0, I was still able to deploy minor code changes, which was all that was necessary to maintain my system at this time.
However, a minor code change I tried to deploy earlier this week failed.
I don't want to migrate to 2.0, but want to deploy the code change (it's 2 lines).
I'm using Github and deploying to AWS.
How I can "circumvent" CircleCI to push this minor code change in Github to AWS?
How to push code from local git to github excluding media folder?
I am currently using local repo on windows to save my code. It basically keeps tracks of all the files and folder in the working directory. I now want to also push it to github every time I commit locally for backup purposes but exclude
public/imagesfolder since there is no need for images to be on github. I do
git commit -a -m "this locally commits all the files and folder including images"for local repo so what can I do to push it to github but exclude a specific folder public/images.
The way I push to my github is
git remote add origin git remote -v git push origin master
Cloned and Pushed a Forked Repo Successfully, Which Does NOT Read on Github
Using git bash, Windows 10 64x.
Successfully forked a repo, and cloned it to mine. Was able to read it on my computer. Also, there was no technical issue in pushing the repo (to my repo, not as an upstream) - can't click on 'datasharing'. But I cannot read it on GitHub, and can't figure out why. Please help me.
