Scala RSA decryption BadPaddingException: Decryption error

I am unable to decode the data using private key. I am trying to decode the using openssl is working

$> openssl rsautl -decrypt -inkey $priv_key -in $key -out $otkey

I am able to decode the first example, but second example input failed to decode.
