Switch Window Focus using a Batch File/CMD
I have a Windows application that when launched with the Task Scheduler on start up does not have focus (i.e. I cannot execute keyboard commands in the application until I click the application into focus). Focus is on the Desktop.
The application is started through Task Scheduler as it required Highest Privileges to launch (bypassing UAC prompt).
There only seems to be third party applications available which support this to switch to the application. I have tried launching a command with a batch file to switch the focus, which has a delayed start, but I haven't been able to find any Windows batch file commands which can switch the focus.
Batch - Copy file into a newly created directory
I've written the following batch:
@echo off set /p dname= Define Project Name mkdir "%dname%\01 Project Folder" mkdir "%dname%\02 Folder Two" mkdir "%dname%\03 Folder Three" mkdir "%dname%\04 Folder Four" mkdir "%dname%\05 Folder Five" mkdir "%dname%\06 Folder Six"
I've tried to write a code where a Adobe Premiere Project File (.prproj) is renamed (%dname%) and moved into the recently created directory: \01 Project Folder".
I'm trying to avoid fixed directory paths since I'm going to share it with other users
The untitled.prproj files gets renamed (%dname%) and moved into 01 Project Folder:

License - register software that using JNA library
I have created a program which uses the JNA (JAVA Native Access) library.
Now, I would like to register it under some software license (I have not yet decided which) , my question is:
Can I register my software under any license I choose or am i limited to certain licenses under the terms of the JNA library licenses?
I've seen the following link (a file listing the licenses for the JNA library in GitHub): https://github.com/java-native-access/jna/blob/master/LICENSE It says that the library is registered under two licenses:
Is there a limited types of licenses where I can register my software? If so, to what types of licenses am I limited to?
I would be very grateful for the help,
java cli application distribution
If I were to distribute my CLI application, that consists of
jar, which manifest declares a
mainclass, which takes command line arguments and produces some output like a normal CLI application would, and a
.shscripts, that ease the launch of the
.jar, relieving the user of writing
-java -jar yadda yadda, just resorting to
myapp somecommand -flagtype of stuff.
How would I package such application to distribute it to users?
I don't think native binary files like Windows
.exefile is what I need, because I want the application to remain CLI only. Thanks in advance.
