ImportError: No module named 'scapy.all'; 'scapy' is not a package

hope I've included enough info.

I'm using a raspberry pi and trying to get it to work with an amazon dash button using python and scapy.

This the code I'm using:

from scapy.all import *

def arp_display(pkt):
    if pkt[ARP].op == 1:
            if pkt[ARP].psrc == '0.0.0.0':
            print ("ARP Probe from: " + pkt[ARP].hwsrc)

print sniff(prn=arp_display, filter='arp', store=0, count=0)

Which gives me this error:

ImportError: No module named 'scapy.all'; 'scapy' is not a package

I have tried using:

from scapy import *

Which results in:

print sniff(prn=arp_display, filter='arp', store=0, count=0)
          ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

When I check:

import os
print (os.sys.path)

This is in the list:

 '/home/pi/.local/lib/python3.5/site-packages'

And within that folder are the folders:

Scapy, scapy-2.4.0.dist-info AND scapy_python3-0.26.dist-info

I have tried removing and reinstalling scapy to no avail and am now at a loss. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
