Integrating SnapKit with AWS Cognito - which standards does SK support?
I'm trying to integrate SnapKit Login in my iOS app, and I'm using AWS as my backend - so I want to use Cognito.
Cognito User Pools can integrate third party login providers if they support OpenID Connect or SAML.
I can't find any documentation if SnapKit Login supports one of these. Is it OpenID Connect compliant? Does anyone know? If not, any suggestions on integrating SnapKit Login with AWS?

Enable CORS for Azure Rest webapi application
I have simple jQuery page that makes calls to azure restful API to get the status of VMs. I'm facing a problem that it's complaining about Cross-Origin Resource Sharing and I can't find where to set that for the Web app/API I have.
I'm using client credentials grant to get the token https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/v1-oauth2-client-creds-grant-flow
I have finished my testing and when I tried to do the calls from jQuery/JS I got the CORS problem.
My setup involved: From Azure portal, I used App registrations to register an app of type "Web app/API", give it a homepage address "this is where it lives", created a key.
POST https://login.microsoftonline.com/<tenant id>/oauth2/token grant_type=client_credentials client_id=application id client_secret=application key resource=https://management.core.windows.net/
Am I missing any missing anything? my search keeps leading me to Azure hosted apps
How do I structure authentication with a social IdP?
My system works as follows;
I have an ASP.Net RESTful API server, which contains a user database. I also have a Xamarin.Forms application, with a registration and login page.
What I want is to have the ability to authenticate a login using a social IdP, and then, if that user has not been logged in before, register that user in my local database.
I have been reading up on how to implement OAuth 2.0 with OpenID Connect to authenticate my users with a social IdP, however, I cannot seem to wrap my head arround it. From what I've read, I shouldn't use an Access token for authentication, since that i what the ID token is for, however, I have also read that the only intended purpose for an ID token, is the client.
My problem then is, how can I make sure that calls made to my ASP.Net server, has been made by "real person", and how do I determine who makes the call?
Spring Boot 2.0 with OAuth 2.0, performance in IDE different with jar
I build an OAuth2 Server, with jwt token. I try to login with password mode, and when I run my code in IDEA, all goes well, but when I package it to jar,I cant login and get Exception. here's my debug log in IDE and jar.
I debug into deep and find that when it run in ProviderManager, the provider is different between IDE and jar. In IDE,I can see mongoDao written by myself, but in jar, there's an exception.
can any one tell me whats happening here?
How set AWS Cognito App client settings via code in serverless.yml
I'm trying to find a way to configure the equivalent options you see in the screenshot below via code, using serverless.yml.
I can already setup most of the infrastructure (user pool, identity pool, lambdas) using serverless.yml, but I can't find any docs for how to set those settings.
Writing Cognito user info to DynamoDB through a post-confirmation lambda function?
I'm having trouble implementing a post-confirmation lambda function in which I take the user submitted credentials from the sign-up process and write those to a 'Users' DynamoDB table. The specific entries that I'm trying to write to the table are - user name - email - actual name
In order to distinguish users from one another I need the primary key to be the 'sub' value since users can change their usernames and that could cause problems in the future.
The main points of confusion I'm having are the following
1) What roles should I begin my Lambda function with?
When creating a lambda function I need to give it a starting role and I'm not really sure what starter template I should use. I know I'm going to need DynamoDB write access but I don't see a template for that.
2) How do I access the individual fields of the Cognito user?
As far as I'm aware these values should be stored in the 'event' parameter of the handler function, but I can't find any documentation or sample events that show how to access the individual fields for things like 'sub', 'email', etc.
search amazon cognito users by custom attribute
I'm developing a react native app which uses aws-amplify to interact with amazon cognito. In my use case, I need to ensure value of a custom attribute is unique across all accounts. aws-amplify does not seem to have an API which allows me to search across all accounts by a custom attribute. How can I do this?
