How consider home folder as root folder?

I am new to the administration of a Linux server.

I need to create users who will only be able to access their directory, the user should not see the other directories.

Currently I create my user as follows:

adduser -d / home / ftp / myUser myUser

I then need to define that his home folder is also his root directory.

for example, to reach the directory "/ home / ftp / myUser":

root will have to type

cd / home / fp / myUser

but myUser will have to type

cd /

How can I do that?
