How to Filter One user in LDAP Filter

I am trying to set searchFilterItem for group and also for only one user (account for device) so it will be able to authenticate in the software which is on the CentOS Linux 7.5.1804 (Core) machine. While the user is in the group, there is no problem with authentication, but it can not stay in the group because of security reasons, software usage, etc.

I tried to add full path for the user filter:
cn=user_account,OU=Users,OU=XX,DC=domain,DC=local

<searchFilters>
<searchFilter>
<booleanOperator>&</booleanOperator>
<searchFilterItems>
<searchFilterItem>objectClass=user</searchFilterItem>
</searchFilterItems>
</searchFilter>
<searchFilter>
<booleanOperator>|</booleanOperator>
<searchFilterItems>
<searchFilterItem>memberof:1.2.840.113556.1.4.1941:=CN=some_group,OU=Groups,OU=XX,DC=domain,DC=local</searchFilterItem>
<searchFilterItem>cn=user_account</searchFilterItem>
</searchFilterItems>
</searchFilter>
</searchFilters>

The group and the user filter has to be done in the single entry, otherwise there will be problem within the software which uses this authentication.
