Building my own webpage with GitHub.io, trying to change the domain
I have successfully created a website with Github.io, the domain name is username.github.io. I want to change the domain so I purchased a domain through Godaddy.com.
I did add the CNAME in my repository and also add CNAME record at Godaddy.com. My website cannot successfully load. I later changed the baseurl under in the config.toml into my new domain.
Should I deploy again?
Git tells me there is nothing to commit.
Point to different IP addresses with a reverse proxy
here is my research:
Currently, I have an infrastructure on which different servers turn, and listen on some ports. Having set up a firewall that only accepts entries on 80/tcp and 443/tcp, I would like to create a reverse proxy that redirects requests to the private IP addresses of the servers internally according to the URL that used the client.
Example of an infrastructure:
192.168.0.1:8080 = Jenkins Server 192.168.0.2:9090 = Prometheus Server 192.168.0.3:5601 = Kibana Server 22.214.171.1241 (floating ip) = Reverse Proxy Server
Example of query:
jenkins.domain.com -> 126.96.36.1991 -> 192.168.0.1:8080 kibana.domain.com -> 188.8.131.521 -> 192.168.0.3:5601
Would you know how I can do it ? The goal is to access the different contents via a single IP, and selecting according to the domain name. Maybe I need to create a local DNS server ?
Thank you in advance for your help.
How to migrate a domain name from one Azure environment to another
In a MS Azure environment, let's just call it "Azure01", there is a domain name "dikketinus.nl" verified under Azure Active Directory --> Custom Domain names.
This domain name "dikketinus.nl" needs to be verified in a different MS Azure environment called "Azure02", I am aware that a domain name can only be present (verified) in one MS Azure environment at once.
To get this transition done, do I just need to:
1) remove all the resources (users, apps etc) referencing to domain name "dikketinus.nl"
2) Delete the domain name "dikketinus.nl" (after making the default domain name primary)
3) Add (and verify) the domain name "dikketinus.nl" in the other MS Azure environment
Or am I still missing something?
I am just requesting some information before putting it into practice.
There's no code involved
I think the above steps might do the trick but I am not a 100% sure...

Recommend good SQL Server database hosting sites?
I have a database with many tables that I'd like to use not just locally, but from any computer. I am going to build an app that extracts data from this database. I couldn't find any meaningful help online.
Is there any easy way of getting SQL Server to the cloud and having access to it?
Codeigniter dosen't connect to other host than the local one
I have a strange problem with Codeigniter. I bought a host, and uploaded my site on it. When I try to connect it to another host, it gives me errors :
Message: Call to a member function errorInfo() on boolean
Line Number: 295
The error log says:
Unable to connect to the database
On the DB i want to connect to , I set the remote adress to % (all IP'S are allowed).
Here is my database.php
