Kinect Fusion on Jetson TK1

Trying to run KinectFusionLib on Jetson TK1 board and getting runtime error:

OpenCV Error: Gpu API call (too many resources requested for launch) in pyrDown_caller, file /hdd/buildbot/slave_jetson_tk1_1/32-O4T-L4T/opencv/modules/gpu/src/cuda/pyr_down.cu, line 184

pyrDown called inside: https://github.com/chrdiller/KinectFusionLib/blob/master/src/surface_measurement.cpp

input_frame is 320x240 (also tried smaller frames)
