How to plot simulated responses over time?

I am running a simulation of an experiment where participants either respond correctly (response = 1) or incorrectly (response = -1). The simulation isn't working as I want it to and I'm trying to find a way to graphically represent the responses over time/simulation number. I have around 120k trials (120k responses).

How can I represent this in a way which is useful for understanding what is going wrong (eg. whether the responses are being simulated as being incorrect too often etc). Simply plotting response over time gives me the attached graph. Potentially some form of cumulative graph of some sort? Thank you!

x axis = simulation, y axis = response
