How to access common file placed on server machine in Angular

I have multiple Angular projects installed on a server machine. Each of these projects require a common config file to bootstrap which changes with every server machine. All projects are on Angular 10, and deployed on Windows 2016 servers.

Example:

I have 5 angular projects deployed on MachineA and each one of them require a dbConfig.json file to bootstrap. When the angular project starts, dbConfig.json is read first. dbConfig.json file can be set once for the given server machine (say in location C:\CommonConfig\dbConfig.json) and never change.

dbConfig.json file on MachineA snippet:

{
  "getConfigFrom": "http://configServerA.corp.com/config-restApi",
  "Application": "DB1",
  ...
}

Same 5 projects when deployed on MachineB require the same dbConfig file, but file content is different:

dbConfig.json file on MachineB snippet:

{
  "getConfigFrom": "http://configServerB.corp.com/config-restApi",
  "Application": "DB2",
  ...
}

Current Solution:

Currently we keep dbConfig.json file in assets folder and when we deploy, for each project, we run a script to overwrite the dbConfig.json to match what the given machine needs. This is a crude method, require more than 1 step for deployment, and may result in error if any step is missed.

Question:

Is there a way angular projects can read this dbConfig.json from server machine without the need to package it in assets with each project and overwriting it once deployed?

Thanks,
