Touchscreen interfacing with Simulink

I want to interface my 4-wires-resistive-touchscreen with Simulink. I already calibrated my touchscreen and connected it via Arduino.

My problem now is, that Simulink should show me the touched position of my touchscreen. I don't know which block I need to use, to represent my touchsreen and how to interface it to get actual values.
