Tips on using array (beginner)

I was tasked to create a program that is like a trivia game and my problem is that how can i use the "private static char" array and also is there a better way to use the "private static string" ? , i am a beginner and my knowledge about arrays are not that great , i know solutions will not help me as an aspiring programmer so any pointers on where should i start will do, btw those are the only allowed classes and methods. (sorry for my bad english).

import java.util.*;
public class MyClass {

    public static void main(String[] args) {
    Scanner userinput = new Scanner (System.in);
       QuizBee g = new QuizBee ();

       int correct =0;
       int question =0;
       int index2 =0;

       do{
       g.getQuestion(index2);
       System.out.println();
       char sagot = userinput.next().charAt(0);
       if (g.isCorrect(index2,sagot) == true){
       correct++;
       question++;
       index2++;
       }
       else{
       index2++;
       question++;
       }

       } while (question < 2);
       System.out.println ("You only got" + " " + correct + " " + "answer(s)" );

    }
}

class QuizBee{

private static String[] questions = {"Who is the lead singer of the Eraserheads?" ,"Which among is the most popular sports in the Philippines ?"};
private static char[] answers = {'C','A'};

public static String getQuestion(int index)
{

String questionCatcher = "";
System.out.println(questions[index]);

return questionCatcher;

}
public static boolean isCorrect(int index, char answer){

if (index == 0 && answer == 'c'){

System.out.println("Correct");

return true;

}

else if (index == 1 && answer == 'a'){
System.out.println("Correct");

return true;

}

else{

System.out.println("Wrong");

return false;
}

}
}
