trying to build with cargo from a computer that is behind the company's proxy and ending up with the following error information:

inserted the proxy information inside the config file , but it is not working

System: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (Wayland). I am trying to build a simple rsmpi code (Rust+MPI), but I am unable to build it because of the error : thread 'main' panicked at 'Building libffi'.

My Carg.toml file is:

edition = "2021"

The error shown is:

Why does `cargo test` say "running 0 tests" before running my tests?

I'm new to Rust and I'm currently trying to create test cases for a refactored version of an existing script. I noticed that for some reason whenever I run cargo test, I first receive the message "running 0 tests" and then "running x tests" (where x the number of tests I have written).

How can I find the source of "running 0 tests"?
